You are responsible for the campaigns, templates, contacts, files, workflow configurations, generated content, and messages created or triggered from your workspace.

Some features depend on third-party services such as Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter, TikTok, SMTP providers, cloud storage services, and payment processors. You remain responsible for complying with the terms, rate limits, content standards, and policies of every external service you connect to the platform.

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized scraping, impersonation, deceptive marketing, abusive automation, harmful content, or actions that violate the rights of others or the policies of integrated services. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the platform is being used in a way that creates legal, technical, operational, or reputational risk.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to opt out. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website forms.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
